WHAT TO BRING

Bring some friends, your family or come solo. It is a safe and friendly space.

Pack a blanket to sit on. It can get a bit chilly once the sun goes down, so we advise you to bring some layers.

We suggest you bring your own filled water bottles as we will not have access to fresh drinking water.

WHAT NOT TO BRING?

Please do not bring your own alcohol to Big Screen in the Park. It will be confiscated.

Exeter Phoenix Cafe Bar will be selling a range of alcoholic, hot and cold drinks which will be open from 7.30pm until the end of the film each night.

Leave the seating to us. We've listened to your feedback and so to ensure everyone has the best experience and view possible, we won't be offering a 'bring a chair' option. Instead, we'll do the heavy lifting for you. If you want a seat, be sure to book out a deckchair in our seating area. Availability is limited so it's well worth booking in advance. HERE

Legless back supporting seating (as shown on the left) will be allowed on site.

We can only allow Assistance Dogs on site.
